  • Fall XC

    Cross Country

    Aug-Oct

    The Fall Cross Country session is an 8-week program focused on training for and competing in cross country races. Throughout the season, athletes are able to come alongside other dedicated athletes for quality workouts focused on building endurance, speed, and core strength. The program also offers opportunities for the athletes to compete as a team in cross country meets both locally and across the state. As always, we offer both a competitive program and a training-only option.

  • Fall XC - Extension

    Oct-Dec

    In late fall the temperatures are dropping, the athletes are getting faster, and some of the best cross country races are being held. The Fall XC Extension session is an 8-9 week program designed to allow kids to extend their training and also compete in races like the USTAF Junior Olympics, AAU Nationals, & Footlocker. This program is open to all athletes (4th-12th) and skill levels. As always, we offer both a competitive program and a training-only option.Whether your athlete is aiming for post-season championship races or focused on building fitness for winter/spring sports, this session will help them achieve their goals.

  • Winter Track

    Jan-Mar

    For many young runners (especially those not in high school), there are not many opportunities to train throughout the winter months. The main goal for the Winter Track session is to help athletes continue to build upon their endurance in preparation for spring track and other sports. In addition, athletes will have the opportunity to compete in some local and national indoor track competitions (Adidas Indoor Nationals).So break out your hoodies and gloves and come out and join us! This program is open to all athletes (4th-12th) and skill levels and offers a training-only option.

  • Spring Track

    Mar-May

    The Spring Track session is an 8-9 week program open to youth athletes who want to train for outdoor track or who want to increase fitness and speed for other sports. Training consist of endurance running, speed drills, form drills, core strengthening, stretching & race strategy. In addition to training, athletes will have opportunities to compete in local track meets. This program is open to all athletes (5th-12th) and skill levels and also offers a training-only option.

  • SUMMER RUN CLUB

    Jun-Jul

    Champions are made in the summer! The Without Limits Triangle Summer Run Club is an amazing opportunity to train throughout the entire summer with other dedicated athletes and under the guidance of experienced coaches. This is one of our most popular programs as we balance quality workouts with lots of fun! This program has helped many high school and middle school athletes over the years develop a love for running and has helped set them up for great cross country seasons in the fall.

  • Without Limits XC Camp

    Mid July

    We have taken kids from the Triangle to the WOL XC Camp for several years now and they almost always say its the best week of their year. This camp is desired for rising middle school and high school athletes wanting to learn how to properly train for a lifetime of solid competitive running, AND who want to enjoy a fun week in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
