FALL CROSS COUNTRY

Push Limits. Make Friends. Run Fast. The Without Limits Triangle Fall Cross Country is an opportunity to train and compete alongside dedicated athletes and with some of the best coaches in the Triangle area. Open to youth athletes of all skill levels (4th-12th grade), this program is designed to help develop a love for running and provide a fun and supportive team environment.

Dates: AUG-OCT

The Fall Cross Country program is an 10-week program that provides both training and racing opportunities. While we encourage consistency, daily participation is not required and athletes are welcome to join workouts as often as they can based on the registration option they choose.

TENTATIVE Weekly Schedule

“Track Days” 2 x Week

Tues, Thurs : 5:30-7:00 PM

Mills Park Middle School

“Trail Days” 3 x Week

Mon, Wed, Fri:  4:30-6:00 PM

Local Trail (American Tobacco Trail or Umstead Park)

Long Run 1 x Week

Sat: 8:00-10:00 AM (Umstead Park)

On weeks where there is a Saturday meet we will either cancel the long run or move it to Sunday afternoon.

Registration Options

TRACK + TRAIL DAYS

Cost: COMING SOON

  • Join any of the workouts scheduled throughout the week (on the track or on the trails).

  • Must be in 4th-12th grade and be able to run at least 2 miles without stopping.

  • Additional uniform fee for new athletes who plan to compete in meets.

TRACK DAYS ONLY

Cost: COMING SOON

  • For athletes who prefer attending the main practices and our weekend group run.
