SPRING TRACK
WHO: Athletes in grades 4th - 12th grades.
WHAT: The Spring Track session is an 10-week program open to youth athletes who want to train for and compete in distance focused track events (800m, 1600m, 3200m, and relays). Training consist of endurance running, speed drills, form drills, core strengthening, stretching, race strategy, nutrition, and mental awareness. A training-only option is also available.
