OUTDOOR TRACK
WHO: Athletes in grades 4th - 12th grades.
WHAT: Our Spring Outdoor Track program is open to runners of all experience levels and focuses on mid-distance and distance track events such as the 400m, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m. However, our primary goal is to help athletes grow as runners overall, building both endurance and speed.
We offer two main training options:
Track Days Only – Open to 4th-12th grade athletes, regardless of experience level, with two track practices per week.
Track + Trail Days – For 6th-12th grade athletes seeking additional training and racing opportunities, incorporating both track and trail/greenway workouts. Cost: $450
SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS:
Track Days:
Tuesdays & Thursdays – 5:30-7:00 PM
Our primary track workouts will rotate among:
Mills Park Middle School (Cary)
Martin Middle School (Raleigh)
Trail Days:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays – 4:45-6:15 PM
Non-Race Saturdays (Long Run) – 8:00-10:00 AM
Trail workouts will rotate among:
American Tobacco Trail – White Oak Church Entrance (Apex)
Umstead Park – Old Reedy Creek Trailhead (Cary)
