POST-SEASON CROSS COUNTRY

WHO: Athletes in grades 4th - 12th grades.

WHAT: In late fall, temperatures drop, athletes get faster, and some of the best cross-country races take place across the state and even nationally. The Post-Season Cross Country session is a 8-9 week program designed for athletes to extend their training through December and have the opportunity to compete in post-season events. As always, we offer a Track+Trail Day option and a Track Only Option. Whether your athlete is aiming for post-season championship races or focused on building fitness for winter/spring sports, this session will help them achieve their goals.

WHEN: Oct-Dec

While we encourage consistency, participation in practices and meet are not mandatory. Athletes are welcome to attend workouts as often as their chosen registration option allows. That said, since we are aiming for another National Championship, we ask that those planning to compete on our national championship teams attend practice as often as their schedule allows.
